The service is very kind and supportive, with a friendly and helpful staff close to town. The location is central, right on the seafront, providing a great view, although basement rooms may lack windows. The dining experience, particularly breakfast with seafront views, is excellent, offering a varied selection. Prices are reasonable for the value provided.
Returning the key to the reception multiple times due to the ridiculous key system was frustrating, although the rooms in the main hotel, not the annexe, were spacious with a 'pool view'. Some facilities in the kitchen and bathroom were worn. The service was extraordinarily nice and helpful, with friendly and welcoming staff. The location was perfect, offering a blend of peaceful seaside sunrise views and easy access to the city center. The location was practical, allowing me to reach everything by walking and providing beautiful views on the waterfront. The staff, particularly Thomas and Mikhail, were always available and eager to assist with any needs. The dining experience was good with a variety of food options, responding well to previous feedback. Fresh-cracked eggs were a highlight. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
